RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with RihanaJay. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SHIPMENT DELIVERY DATE to sales@rihanajay.com. Please ship all items you wish to return to 13337 South St #426 Cerritos, CA 90703. RihanaJay is not responsible to cover the shipping fees for returning item(s),  all shipping fees must be paid by the customer. It is recommended to obtain a tracking number when returning items, as items get lost and stolen. RihanaJay is not responsible for lost items. 

 To receive CREDIT, ALL returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received, unworn, odorless, stainless, and must have original tags. All returned items will be inspected thoroughly. 

Please note, the following items CANNOT be returned:

• Bodysuits

• White clothing

• On sale items

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once an item is washed or worn, RihanaJay no longer accepts defective claims.
