Domestic orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please make sure to submit the correct address. Once we ship out your package, delivery can take up to 3-5 business days depending on the location which the package will be delivered to. If your package shows delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office. RihanaJay is not responsible for packages that state delivered and will not refund order or shipping fees.  

International Customers:
